About the Author

Dr. Christina Gentry received both her bachelor’s degree and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Texas A&M University. She then completed a one year rotating internship the University of Georgia. Following her internship, she completed a three-year dermatology residency at the Veterinary Referral Center of Colorado. Dr. Gentry has a special interest in treating feline allergies, performing video otoscopy and deep ear cleanings, and treating autoimmune skin diseases – especially nodular skin diseases. She is board certified by the American College of Dermatology.

Dr. Gentry is originally from Sugar Land, Texas. She has two Corgi mixes and two cats. In her free time, she can be found gardening, cooking, and using her minor in Entomology to identify insects.
